Maintenance of up-to-date data and quality assurance **Position: Call Center Intern (Undergraduate Studies)** **Location:** Downtown Rio **Position Type:** Internship **Responsibilities:** * **Customer service:** Assist in customer service via phone, e\-mail, and chat, aiming to provide quick and effective solutions. * **Resolution of doubts:** Help clarify doubts and guide customers regarding products or services. * **Ticket registration and tracking:** Record interactions and forward requests to responsible departments, ensuring resolution within established deadlines. * **Team support:** Support the customer service team in monitoring internal and administrative processes. * **Feedback and improvements:** Collect information on delivered service and suggest improvements to the service process. * **Information control:** Maintain updated data in the customer service management system and ensure the quality of information provided to customers. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to interact with the public and work collaboratively in a team. * Proactivity, organization, and multitasking ability. * Aptitude for learning customer service systems and CRM tools. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service (not mandatory). * Familiarity with online chat and digital customer service tools. **Benefits:** * Monthly stipend: R$800 * Transportation allowance. * Opportunity for professional development and learning. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. **Working Hours:** * 5/6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling.
