**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Draft, analyze, and review commercial contracts, partnership agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and interests;
* Actively participate in contractual negotiations, providing legal advice to protect the organization’s interests, mitigate risks, and ensure legal compliance;
* Maintain an efficient system for archiving and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring easy access and compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
* Identify and assess legal risks associated with contracts and commercial transactions, proposing risk mitigation strategies and supporting informed decision-making.
* Advise on the implementation and maintenance of privacy policies and practices, ensuring compliance with data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other local regulations.

* Provide internal training to employees on relevant legal topics, contracts, and privacy practices, promoting awareness and compliance;
* Systematically monitor changes in legislation across various areas of law, as well as ongoing legal proceedings, analyzing and disseminating updates to the company to eliminate/minimize risk situations by verifying the current stage of each matter;
* Respond to inquiries by issuing legal opinions and/or reports, aiming to provide optimal guidance for preventive legal assistance;
* Collaborate with business units to develop proposals, agreements, and commercial negotiations, identifying potential risks (civil, tax, commercial, financial, technical);
* Identify opportunities and propose improvements to billing processes, suggesting changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
* Safeguard equipment, resources, and materials under one’s responsibility, as well as the work environment, while complying with standards, procedures, internal regulations, corporate policies, and occupational health and safety requirements;
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace and equipment maintenance, keeping them orderly and clean for reuse when necessary, in accordance with applicable standards and procedures;
* Uphold the Institution’s Mission and Strategic Vision, internal regulations, compliance requirements, and quality management systems; comply with regulations issued by ANS, ANVISA, and health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards inherent to the sector; use PPE/collective protective equipment (PPE/CPE) where required by the activity; · Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by one’s immediate supervisor, provided the individual is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law;
* Specialized courses in the candidate’s field of expertise, with active OAB registration;

**Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca (Hybrid model: 1 day per week working remotely).
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
