Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead teams and ensure efficient execution of large-scale projects, with a focus on hydraulic systems and standards of quality, schedule, and safety. Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety We are looking for a Construction Supervisor with solid experience in hydraulic systems and large-scale construction projects, capable of leading teams and ensuring efficient project execution within quality, schedule, and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate field teams (hydraulic and related areas); * Monitor the execution of hydraulic installations (cold water, hot water, sewage, drainage, and special systems); * Ensure adherence to the physical project schedule; * Interpret and monitor execution drawings; * Control materials, equipment, and labor; * Ensure application of technical and safety standards; * Interface with engineers, suppliers, and other involved departments; * Prepare progress and performance reports. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a construction supervisor, preferably on large-scale projects; * Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Team management and leadership skills; * Knowledge of construction planning and control; * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields such as civil engineering or building construction is desirable). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale industrial, hospital, or commercial construction projects; * Knowledge of other disciplines (electrical, HVAC, etc.); * Training in construction management or leadership; * Familiarity with planning software (MS Project, etc.). **Working Conditions:** * Work regime: Business hours (Monday to Friday, with availability for occasional overtime); * SALARY EXPECTATION MUST BE PROVIDED.
