Responsibilities: Provide technical support and maintain the IT environment, including workstations, corporate systems, and infrastructure; Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), including permission management, policies, and best practices; Support network administration, VPNs, firewalls, access control, and information security; Analyze, resolve, and prevent technical and security incidents; Lead and support technology environment improvement, automation, and modernization projects; Interact with vendors and service providers, evaluating deliverables, risks, and alignment with the firm’s needs; Support documentation of processes, technical standards, and operational procedures; Serve as a technical reference; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networks, Computer Science, or related fields; Solid experience in medium-to-large corporate environments; Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID); Strong knowledge of networking, information security, access control, and IT governance best practices; Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting critical environments; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, analytical mindset, and decision-making capability; Proactive, responsible profile with a continuous improvement orientation.
