Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing execution drawings, monitoring contracts, tracking materials, and supporting the commercial department in cost estimation. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding design projects and cost estimates. 2. Contract monitoring and on-site material control. 3. Collaboration with various departments and technical analysis of projects. **Responsibilities:** Prepare execution drawings for formwork, shoring, and scaffolding in compliance with technical safety standards. Monitor active contracts by analyzing each project's specific requirements in coordination with the client. Track construction site materials and monitor equipment delivery or pickup schedules to ensure proper material control and reuse. Support the commercial department with necessary surveys for cost estimation. **Tasks:** * Develop cost estimates for formwork, shoring, and scaffolding; * Prepare designs in accordance with safety standards; * Create calculation memoranda as required by the project; * Conduct technical analyses of each project / construction site requirements in coordination with the client; * Perform technical surveys to support the commercial department's cost estimation; * Collaborate with the commercial department, engineering, production, and clients. **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding design; * Proficiency in reinforced concrete structural construction methods and industrial processes; * Experience in structural calculations and material strength; * Familiarity with CAD 2D and 3D tools; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
