Job Summary:
A Civil Engineering professional with a postgraduate degree to develop and review BIM-based hydrosanitary projects, ensuring technical compliance and quality.
Key Highlights:

2. Develop and review hydrosanitary installation projects

Prerequisites
* Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
* Postgraduate qualification in Engineering Design.
* Hydrosanitary project modeling in Revit.
* Proficiency in cold/hot water supply, sewage, stormwater, and water reuse systems. Technical knowledge of pumping systems and reservoirs.
* Demonstrated experience via portfolio and/or Technical Responsibility Annotation (ART) for large-scale projects.
* Initial BIM project coordination.
* Ability to review junior designers' work and transfer knowledge.
* Serve as the technical reviewer of third-party models to ensure zero errors.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and review hydrosanitary installation projects in a BIM environment (Revit).
* Perform sizing calculations and layout of networks, equipment, and components according to standards and design criteria.
* Carry out interdisciplinary coordination and identify/resolve design clashes.
* Prepare drawings, detailed specifications, descriptive memoranda, technical specifications, and calculation reports.
* Provide technical support in defining solutions, routing, and design adjustments.
* Interface with architecture, structural, electrical, and other discipline teams for technical alignment.
* Verify compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, and contractual assumptions.
* Participate in monitoring deliverables’ progress and adherence to deadlines.
* Support superiors in technical validation and consolidation of deliverables.
Compensation: R$2.936,87 - R$11.521,75 per month
