**Position: BIM Specialist**
**Prerequisites**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning;
* Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.);
* Model management and interdisciplinary interoperability;
* Standardization and development of BIM libraries;
* Clash detection and coordination;
* Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and structure BIM models to ensure quality and organization;
* Guide interdisciplinary coordination and resolve clashes;
* Define and implement BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols;
* Facilitate communication among designers, coordinators, and stakeholders;
* Monitor implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and best practices.
**Location:**
* Macaé, Maricá, or Rio de Janeiro.
Compensation: R$10\.000,00 per month
