Operation of elevated platforms with a focus on safety **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in this role; * Technical education in the field with verifiable certification; * Residence near the Santa Cruz neighborhood; ***Salary:*** R$ 4\.000 ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 / Friday: 08:00–17:00 ***Responsibilities:*** **1\. Disassembly of Picking Tower:** Perform complete or partial disassembly of picking towers. Identify anchoring points and safe disassembly sequence. Use appropriate tools for removing bolts, locks, and supports. Ensure structural stability throughout the entire process. Follow safety practices per NR‑35 (work at height). Conduct visual inspection of disassembled materials for potential reuse. **2\. Assembly of Pallet Rack Structures:** Interpret pallet rack installation drawings. Assemble columns, beams, diagonals, and structural bracings. Ensure leveling and alignment of the structure according to specifications. Apply proper tightening torque to fasteners as recommended. Inspect structural stability prior to authorization for use. **3\. Assembly Mechanic Activities:** Mechanical assembly and disassembly of industrial machinery, structures, and equipment. Mechanical alignment (pulleys, shafts, simple couplings). Perform mechanical adjustments on dismantled and reassembled systems. Assemble hydraulic or pneumatic components where applicable. Conduct operational tests after assembly. **4\. Operate Elevated Platform (for high-level tasks, inspection, and structural assembly):** Operate scissor-type or articulating elevated platforms, as qualified. Complete safety checklists before operation. Use lanyards and safety harnesses when required (NR‑35\). Assist in assembly/disassembly at elevated locations with secure access. Report hazards and comply with site-specific safety regulations. **5\. Use of Tools and Instruments:** Hand and power tools. Measuring instruments. **6\. Safety and Regulations:** Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in accident prevention and hazard identification. **7\. Support to PCM (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance):** Follow procedures, maintenance plans, and work instructions.
