This position is part of an apprenticeship program offering a long-term, structured technology training path focused on professional development, continuous learning, and internal growth. The objective is to prepare young people to work in software development in the future—even if they currently lack in-depth technical knowledge. Programming knowledge is not required; however, affinity with technology, curiosity, commitment, and genuine willingness to learn are essential. During the program, the apprentice will develop: foundational technology knowledge and professional computer usage skills; logical reasoning and idea organization; autonomy in seeking solutions and continuous learning; responsibility, discipline, and professional conduct. Important: This position is not suitable for those seeking only temporary experience. We seek young people willing to dedicate themselves to learning and growing with the company over time.
