INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key challenges as a SENIOR QUALITY ANALYST \- DATA FOCUS include:** * Developing executive dashboards consolidating data from critical channels to enable detailed analysis by entry profile, brand, and other dimensions; * Conducting integrated analyses across channels and customer journeys to identify patterns, correlations, and improvement opportunities; * Preparing impact analyses to prioritize root causes; * Ensuring data governance by maintaining updated rules, definitions, and technical documentation; * Executing data quality routines to ensure integrity, consistency, and LGPD compliance; * Producing periodic management reports with practical recommendations for business areas and senior leadership; * Monitoring KPIs and SLAs of critical channels, tracking performance and customer experience; * Building studies and business cases demonstrating benefits, costs, and outcomes of implemented improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Analytics/Data Engineering is desirable; * Desired knowledge includes: * Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query); * Intermediate/Advanced SQL for data manipulation and analysis; * Advanced Excel for high-complexity modeling and analysis; * Python fundamentals (pandas) — desirable for automation and analysis; * Applied statistics, LGPD, and RCA techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto). **Additional Information** Work Location: Maracanã \- RJ. Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week).
