Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring high-quality technological solutions, evolving products, implementing best practices, and promoting innovation and collaboration within the development team. Leadership and guidance of technical teams Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality technological solutions aligned with client requirements. You will be responsible for driving product evolution, implementing development best practices, and fostering continuous innovation throughout the software creation process. Your work will be essential in enabling the team to perform tasks efficiently without compromising code quality or performance, while promoting a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Requirements: * Technical experience: Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript (React, Node.js), C\#, frameworks, or other languages; * Software architecture knowledge: Desired or mandatory experience in system design, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and cloud development (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); * Databases: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc...); * Agile methodologies: Strong experience with Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar; * DevOps tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other test automation and deployment tools; * Code quality: Experience with Unit Testing and Automated Testing; * Leadership: Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams, ensuring alignment of deliverables with project objectives; * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients, and for clearly presenting technical solutions; * English: Fluent English proficiency required to read and understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with international teams, as per the opportunity; * Proactivity and continuous learning: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and drive innovation within the team; * Knowledge of Machine Learning is desirable.
