Maintains direct interface with incident/accident investigations, occupational management of both internal and third-party employees, and service management aimed at minimizing occupational risks. **Description:** * Support implementation and monitoring of applicable legal regulations related to Occupational Safety. * Organize and control documentation for internal and third-party employees regarding Occupational Safety topics, including mobilizing third-party employees on clients' proprietary digital platforms. * Support development of scopes of work for contracting Occupational Safety-related services. * Develop studies on opportunities in PPE management, analyzing quality, service life, and functionality of PPE models used by DFS employees. * Inspect company facilities and equipment, observing working conditions to identify unsafe conditions and recommend preventive standards, utilizing the JSA Kaizen tool in analyses. * Develop, organize, and conduct training sessions, lectures, awareness activities, and campaigns to strengthen safety culture. * Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting occurrences in corporate management tools and participating in the process of recommending preventive and corrective improvements. * Actively participate (from Preliminary Risk Analysis and MOC development and review through execution monitoring) in multidisciplinary projects, including collaboration with CIPA, Maintenance, and Industrial Engineering, to contribute to project development from an occupational safety perspective. * Review Operational Procedures and Work Instructions from an occupational safety perspective. * Maintain organized, traceable safety culture indicators—for example, tracking monthly hours dedicated to safety training, as well as frequency and conditions of incidents and/or accidents (with and without time off). * Support DFS access control requirements. * Prepare PPPs (Individual Occupational Profile Forms) to meet internal and external demands. * Support the corporate safety culture program, assisting in its development—from executing scheduled activities to recording evidence. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Education:*** High School Diploma \- Occupational Safety Technician **Experience:** Preference given to candidates with experience in Grade 3 industries. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate English * Recommended: Knowledge of ISO 9000 / ISO 14000 / ISO 45000 / OHSAS 18001 standards * Preferred: Experience in Ergonomics Projects, Occupational Hygiene, NR-12 Machine Compliance, NR-10, Classified Areas, and Traffic Management.
