




The **Systems Development Analyst** is the professional responsible for planning, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems according to a company’s or client’s needs. This role serves as a bridge between end users and the technical team, ensuring that technological solutions meet functional requirements. **Salary:** R$4,515.44 **Workload:** 200 hours (Monday–Friday) **Work Modality:** Remote **Responsibilities and Duties** * Propose and define system architecture by evaluating technologies, standards, and user needs to ensure scalable, secure, and institutionally aligned solutions; * Maintain and enhance existing systems by identifying defects, implementing continuous improvements, and applying technological updates to ensure application availability, stability, and performance; * Analyze user processes and needs using requirements elicitation techniques and system modeling to propose technological solutions that optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during meetings, planning sessions, and delivery reviews to integrate various organizational areas and ensure technical and functional alignment of systems; * Perform unit and integration tests following quality standards and software development best practices to ensure solution stability and reliability; * Document developed solutions by creating technical manuals, version control records, and functional descriptions to facilitate future maintenance and ensure traceability of implementations; * Carry out other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Benefits** * Meal Allowance; * Food Voucher; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * SESC benefits; * Wellhub benefits; * Day Off.
