Since 2021, we have delivered innovative products to the Grupo Energisa ecosystem (enterprise, customers, and suppliers). **Responsibilities and Duties** **Day-to-day activities:** Study and understand strategies for developing data-, indicator-, and tool-driven solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency, building technical solutions to ingest, process, and store data from multiple sources. * Act as a Subject Matter Expert in specific knowledge domains and specific tools/techniques. * Detect data quality issues by identifying problems in data, pipelines, and models. * Define and build controls, indicators, and monitoring systems for digital product management. * Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling. * Identify and correct subtle errors in data and analyses. * Ensure results are reproducible, accurate, and actionable. * Analyze and organize raw data, perform complex data analyses, and report findings. * Support the use of best-in-class BI and Advanced Analytics tools. * Support the advancement of analytics maturity. * Promote the adoption of data and analytics best practices to foster a data-driven culture. * Write basic queries. * Perform deployments. * Run database queries and extract information from databases (GCP/BigQuery). * Support the smooth operation of the environment and its routines. * Create segmentations, conduct data analyses, generate insights, compute metrics and KPIs to meet business unit demands. * Support the Data team in planning and measuring key business-oriented metrics. * Collaborate with Developers to propose more comprehensive and effective dashboards and reports. * Write clear and coherent whitepapers, research papers, and notes. * Document processes, models, routines, and best practices clearly, consistently, and accessibly, ensuring traceability, reproducibility, and understanding by other teams or new team members. * Resolve issues and keep Management informed, working closely with Developers to accelerate development and ensure quality. * Support your immediate supervisor on matters inherent to your area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to inform procedural and action decisions. * Ensure compliance with procedures and standards applicable to your area’s needs, identifying improvement opportunities through analysis and review. * Analyze processes within your area of responsibility and propose and suggest improvements to maximize outcomes. * Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to your field to support professional growth, knowledge sharing, equipment and process improvement suggestions, and continuous improvement. * * Perform other related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing, optimizing, and monitoring recovery, storage, and distribution of raw data. Proficiency in Python programming language. Experience with Airflow. Proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of Cloud Computing for Data Engineering (GCP). Experience using Git and model versioning. Advanced English is desirable.
