Department Description: * Responsible for customer retention initiatives, including KPI analysis, activity creation and tracking for the sales team, database analysis for management reporting, and definition and management of processes involving the company's customers. Responsibilities: * Support the execution of B2B customer retention processes, provide assistance to sales consultants, and collaborate with other departments to address requests and resolve issues. Responsible for tracking and developing Power BI dashboards, as well as monthly monitoring of key departmental KPIs.
