Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will be:** * Assist in organizing and updating the library’s physical and digital collections. * Use internal systems, Excel, Word, and cataloging tools. * Monitor loan deadlines, returns, and reporting. * Serve diverse audiences courteously and efficiently. * Maintain organized files, shelves, and environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized and detail-oriented in document and collection management; * Proactive in maintaining an organized environment and supporting the team. **Additional Information** Work Location: Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
