




You will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the company’s digital products. You will work to transform customer needs and business objectives into clear, prioritized, and viable solutions—ensuring products evolve with coherence, quality, and measurable impact. Your scope includes direct collaboration with Engineering, Platform, UX, Data, Security, and other stakeholders to align priorities, coordinate continuous discovery, guide decisions, and ensure every delivery generates real value for users and the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your key activities:** * Define the product vision, strategy, and goals—establishing clear direction, objectives, and priorities aligned with business needs and market opportunities. * Conduct continuous discovery to deeply understand user and customer problems, needs, and behaviors—using interviews, data analysis, validations, and comparative studies to inform decisions. * Translate problems and opportunities into clear, prioritized solutions—articulating hypotheses, requirements, and value criteria that objectively guide development. * Manage the product roadmap realistically and cohesively—prioritizing initiatives based on impact, risk, effort, and value; negotiating scope and revising priorities according to engineering delivery capacity. * Coordinate cross-functional squads to ensure alignment, clarity, and efficiency across Engineering, UX, QA, and Platform—participating in required ceremonies, clarifying requirements, and reducing dependencies. * Monitor metrics and KPIs to measure delivery impact—analyzing usage data and real-world outcomes, adjusting strategies and priorities based on evidence and performance. * Lead launches of new features and product enhancements—planning internal and external communications, preparing materials, and ensuring Sales, Support, and customers understand the delivered value and functionality. * Ensure consistency and quality across the entire user experience—collaborating closely with UX and Engineering to validate prototypes, review flows, test user journeys, and guarantee coherence across modules. * Serve as the product liaison to executive leadership and other company departments—reporting on progress, risks, results, and needs—ensuring strategic alignment and facilitating decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields—including Product Design or equivalent disciplines. Postgraduate degrees, MBAs, or certifications in Product Management, UX, or Digital Product Management are desirable but not mandatory. * Digital Product Management: Proven experience managing digital products—including defining vision, strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization—in SaaS environments or complex platforms. * Continuous Discovery and Validation Methods: Solid knowledge of discovery techniques—user interviews, hypothesis testing, journey mapping—and methodologies such as Lean Product, Dual-Track Development, Design Thinking, and Jobs-to-be-Done. * Metrics and Data Analysis: Proficiency in product metrics (KPIs, North Star, AARRR, adoption, engagement, retention), analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI), and data-informed decision-making. * Product and Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Jira/YouTrack, Figma, Confluence, Miro, and other platforms used for planning, documentation, and prototyping. * Go-to-Market Experience: Familiarity with feature launch practices—including internal and external communication, alignment with Support and Sales, and stakeholder coordination—to ensure efficient adoption. * Desired Certifications: Certifications such as CSPO, PM3, Product School, AIPMM, or similar are considered advantageous but not required. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** At Redbelt Security, we believe everyone has the potential to play a pivotal role in mutual growth.
