Rio de Janeiro Hybrid Temporary 14120 Description **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a **Business Partner to business areas**, understanding their needs and transforming them into efficient SAP-based solutions. * Evaluate synergies among requirements and propose **integrated solutions**, aligned with **Clean Core** practices. * Ensure **governance, quality, and standardization of master data**, upholding best practices in **Master Data Management (MDM)**. * Actively participate in **implementation, enhancement, support, and rollout** projects within **SAP S/4HANA** environments. * Lead **workshops, testing, validations, and alignment sessions** with key users and involved departments. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an **SAP Master Data Analyst/Consultant** on projects. * Hands-on experience with **data governance** and practices aligned with **Clean Core**. * Advanced knowledge of **SAP MDG**, **S/4HANA**, and integration with modules such as **MM, SD, and FI**. * Familiarity with the **SAP Activate methodology**. * Excellent communication skills, strong internal stakeholder relationships, and a consultative mindset (**BP profile**). **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
