We seek professionals who match the following responsibilities: \- Responsible for conducting technical inspections, monitoring and evaluating the condition of buildings under their responsibility, identifying non-conformities, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. \- Ensures quality, safety, and maintenance of structures, guaranteeing compliance with technical standards, current legislation, and the company’s excellence standards. \- Supports managers and engineers in decision-making through technical reports, diagnostics, and recommendations that ensure building integrity and proper operation. \- Interprets and implements architectural, structural, hydrosanitary, electrical, and fire protection system designs in accordance with technical standards. \- Conducts field data collection, measurements, scheduling, site service verification, material control, and quality checks. \- Monitors construction phase execution, verifies compliance with technical specifications, standards, and site routines (e.g., deadlines, activity sequence, safety, and environmental requirements). \- Assists in construction planning, budgeting or quantity surveying, cost control, procurement, and physical\-financial scheduling. \- Prepares technical reports, records non-conformities, proposes improvements, and collaborates with other departments (design, planning, procurement) to ensure smooth project progress. \- Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards at construction sites, and participates in training and audits as required. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction or related civil engineering field. * Active registration with the competent regulatory council (e.g., CREA or equivalent), where applicable. * Prior experience in building construction projects, construction sites, or construction inspection. * Knowledge of interpreting drawings, plans, descriptive memoranda, and quantity take-offs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); CAD or modeling software knowledge (e.g., AutoCAD) is desirable. * Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, organization, proactivity, and commitment to deadlines and quality standards. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience in planning/scheduling, cost control, and procurement. * Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to civil construction (e.g., ABNT, NRs). * Experience in technological control of materials, testing, concrete placement verification, or soil analysis. * Driver’s license Category B (if relocation between construction sites or areas is required). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $2,766.08 **Benefits:** --------------- APSA Benefits: * Health: Medical and Dental Assistance; * Physical and mental well-being: TotalPass and Life Insurance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * Professional development: A highly dedicated corporate university; * Transportation Allowance. * One paid day off during your birth month; **Work Location:** ---------------------- APSA CENTRO **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
