JOB POSTING – SENIOR COMMERCIAL ANALYST **Work Location:** Estrada Rio D'Ouro, 801 – Pavuna/RJ **Work Model:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:15 (On-site) * Saturday: 08:00–12:00 (Remote) * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off **Salary:** R$ 3.300,00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 30.02 per day * Transportation Allowance: R$ 18.80 per day Main Responsibilities * Prospect new clients for logistics and labor outsourcing services; * Conduct commercial visits and meetings to present company services; * Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations; * Maintain relationships with active clients, identifying opportunities to expand contracts; * Monitor commercial KPIs, targets, and results; * Update the sales pipeline and commercial reports; * Collaborate with operational and Human Resources departments to ensure service delivery quality. Requirements * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in the commercial area, preferably in logistics, transportation, or service provision; * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Availability to start immediately.
