Ongoing maintenance of the workplace environment and equipment Kitchen Assistant (Night Shift) **Location:** Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro Responsibilities and Activities * **Assembly:** Agile preparation of sandwiches and appetizers, maintaining focus on quality and established standards. * **Preparation:** Pre\-preparation of ingredients strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Maintenance:** Continuous cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the workplace environment and equipment. Requirements * Proven experience in this role, with proficiency in sandwich assembly. * Dynamic, proactive profile with high attention to hygiene standards. * Availability and discipline for regular night shift work. Compensation and Benefits * **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.714,00\. * **Performance Bonus:** R$ 200,00 (tied to productivity targets). * **Potential Total Compensation:** R$ 1\.914,00\. * **Benefits:** On\-site meal and Transportation Voucher (R$ 10,00/day). Work Schedule * **Hours:** 5:55 PM to 2:15 AM\. * **Rotation:** 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month).
