




Job Summary: Assist with pre-preparation, preparation, and handling of food items, including frying, cooking, and plating, ensuring workplace organization and hygiene as well as equipment sanitation. Maintain workplace hygiene and organization * Assist with pre-preparation, preparation, food handling, frying, cooking, or plating as instructed and directed by the chef * Portion all food items according to the gram weight chart * Count portioned items and complete the counting sheet, submitting it to the chef at the end of each shift * Prepare desserts, sweets, and salads as instructed and directed by the chef * Label food items with expiration dates and ensure proper storage conditions * Set up service areas in advance, at the beginning and during shift handover * Responsible for washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes and utensils from the work area * Assist in workplace cleaning, sanitation, and organization, as well as food storage, as instructed and directed by the chef * Be responsible for safeguarding, cleaning, maintaining, and preserving restaurant-provided equipment, tools, utensils, and materials, as well as cleaning the stove, hood, fryers, blender, microwave, oven, sink, refrigerators, scale, freezers, and all other work-related tools at the end of each shift * Responsible for proper removal and storage of waste in accordance with the company’s waste collection standards * Immediately notify a supervisor upon noticing any damaged or malfunctioning equipment, tools, or utensils * Assist with any other kitchen-related tasks requested by the chef Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.690,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
