Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Barra Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE Barra) \-** Ayrton Senna Avenue \- 1791 \- Barra \- Rio de Janeiro \- RJ. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational maneuvers on manual valves and registers within water supply/distribution systems, as required; * Periodically flush stagnant water from network endpoints to prevent blockages and accumulation; * Record and monitor water levels in wells and reservoirs; analyze raw water, collect samples, and conduct partial physicochemical analyses; record analysis results to ensure compliance with water quality standards; * Measure water flow rate and verify distribution system pressure using specific software, ensuring normal operation and minimizing losses; * Monitor and inspect pumping stations and water reservoirs, analyzing incidents related to water supply networks; * Report to management any irregularities found in materials, equipment, changes in water quality, intake interruptions, or network maintenance needs; * Monitor and control operational units via cameras and devices—including BOOSTER (Treated Water Pressurizing Station), VRPS (Pressure Reducing Valves), Water Treatment Plants (ETA), macro-meters, storage centers, critical pressure points, electric actuators, etc.—to ensure proper operational functionality; * Perform repair, installation, or relocation of networks or branch lines, including manual excavation of trenches at varying depths and soil types according to requirements and quality standards; open service protocols with the electricity utility upon power outages and/or fluctuations, immediately reporting to management and the company’s legal department to enable appropriate actions; * Drive company vehicles to perform external tasks, reporting any incidents while ensuring safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance. * Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sanitation or hydraulic maintenance is desirable; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
