**What You Need:**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or related fields;
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;
Knowledge of Power BI and Databricks;
Proficiency in programming languages: Python, SQL, SAS;
Experience in data modeling and predictive analytics;
Experience and knowledge of the Supplementary Health Insurance Market.
**What You Will Deliver:**
Manipulate, process, and analyze datasets to extract, integrate, and cross-reference business-relevant variables;
Develop and maintain internal analytical tools — such as dashboards, structured spreadsheets, and reporting panels — to facilitate data visualization and interpretation;
Apply strategic thinking with focus on quality, consistency, and governance of structured and unstructured data in the supplementary health insurance market;
Prepare and present executive summaries and managerial analyses to support decision-making at all organizational levels;
Develop analytical models — including statistical modeling and information clustering processes — to identify patterns, customer profiles, and market opportunities.
**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
