Requirements: * Familiarity with mixology techniques; * Strong communication skills; * Cordiality. Responsibilities: Assist in beverage preparation: Support the preparation of cocktails and other beverages according to the bartender’s or bar manager’s instructions. Ensure bar cleanliness and organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar counter and area to ensure a pleasant environment for customers. Assist in stock replenishment: Help monitor beverage and supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock is always available to meet demand. Handle customer orders: Pay close attention to customer orders and provide prompt, courteous service while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain hygiene and safety: Strictly follow hygiene and safety protocols when handling food and beverages to safeguard customer health. Support the bartender: Assist the bartender or bar manager efficiently and professionally in service delivery and customer interaction.
