**About the Position**
We seek a professional responsible for executing land release and land regularization processes, including: mapping, negotiation, verification of technical documents (site plan, descriptive memorandum, coordinate table, and valuation reports), management of contracted service providers, interaction with public agencies and landowners, payments, and budgetary control.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support management in overseeing the company’s land-related processes and contracts;
• Ensure financial execution of lease/rental agreements, as well as real estate acquisition agreements, via the SAP platform;
• Conduct negotiations and land release for areas required by the company’s new projects;
* Monitor and manage real estate regularization processes;
* Evaluate and draft, in partnership with the Legal team, contractual drafts for leases, easements, purchase and sale promises, and similar agreements;
* Support technical handling of DUP (Land Use Authorization) requests;
* Support data entry into the company’s Geographic Information System (GIS);
* Develop technical specifications for contracting surveying services, land regularization services, and other activities necessary to meet the company’s land-related demands;
* Contract and manage land-related service providers;
* Interact with internal and external stakeholders — notaries, public agencies, landowners, and other parties affected by the company’s projects;
* Support land-related CAPEX valuation for new projects and M\&A;
* Support the company’s legal litigation demands by providing evidence for judicial responses;
* Perform duties in accordance with company policies and standards regarding safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety;
* Execute other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the corporate environment;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Surveying, Cartographic Engineering, or related fields
**Experience and Technical Knowledge**
* Land Legislation: Proficiency in land legislation;
* Real Estate Law: Understanding of legal documents related to properties;
* Georeferencing and Surveying: Proficiency in topographic surveys and use of measurement equipment;
* Technical Registry: Operational experience with registry systems such as SNCR/INCRA, Sicar (CAR), and SIGEF;
* Document Analysis: Evaluation of certificates, property registrations, and technical materials;
* Project Management: Coordination of regularization projects, from fieldwork through final notarial registration;
* Conflict Mediation: Ability to negotiate with stakeholders (communities, landowners, public authorities) in cases involving land disputes and disagreements.
