Ensuring compliance with standards and specifications **Job Scope:** * Technical coordination of the second half of the implementation portfolio * Development and validation of implementation architectural projects * Technical interface with clients and regulatory bodies * Coordination of technical teams under responsibility * Technical feasibility analysis of implementation sites * Ensuring project compliance with technical standards and specifications **Desired Profile:** * Architect registered with CAU * Prior experience in implementation projects and modular construction * Knowledge of building technical standards and accessibility requirements * Ability to read and interpret complementary projects * Skills in team coordination and multi-project management * Willingness to work on-site **Expected Deliverables:** * Implementation architectural projects for the assigned portfolio * Technical feasibility reports * Descriptive memoranda and technical specifications * Technical opinions and field validations * Project and implementation schedules Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
