Job Summary: Architect to work as an independent contractor (PJ), with a proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile, developing architectural projects and interdisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or similar tools We are seeking an Architect to work as an independent contractor (PJ), with a proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. The professional will be responsible for developing architectural projects, coordinating with other disciplines, monitoring deadlines, and interfacing with clients and suppliers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: Development of preliminary studies, conceptual designs, and executive projects Preparation of technical details Coordination with complementary projects Monitoring of project schedules Interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Technical support during construction execution (where applicable) **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or similar tools Experience in developing executive projects Organizational skills, autonomy, and strong communication abilities **Additional Information** Meal Voucher – As per RJ labor union agreement: BRL 45.00 Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial works, maintenance of gas and energy distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
