Preparation of internal documentation and procedures **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support and assistance to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals); * Support user account management, permissions, and system access; * Assist in incident resolution and service ticket creation; * Participate in infrastructure and IT process improvement projects; * Prepare internal documentation and procedures related to technical support; * Provide technical support for Windows/Linux, VM, AWS Cloud, and OCI. **Required Education and Experience:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in IT technical support (hardware, software, networks, and systems); * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and information security is desirable.
