We seek someone who masters: * **CMYK Printing:** Proven experience with four-color process printing (indexed and simulated). * **Water-Based Inks:** Mastery of zero-touch effect, curing, and ink behavior on fabric. * **Vinyl Inks:** Knowledge of rigid/plastic substrates and their specific drying times. * **Preparation:** Agility in screen reclaiming, exposure, and fine registration adjustment. **Responsibilities** * Operate manual or automatic carousel presses (according to your facility's setup). * Ensure color fidelity matching the original artwork. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of materials and the work environment. * Enforce rigorous quality control to prevent material waste. **What We Offer** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.100,00 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:45\. * **Work Environment:** Focused on quality and high-level production.
