Receive and organize correspondence, documents, and parcels, ensuring accurate identification and proper routing. Record messages, transfer calls, and direct visitors to appropriate departments. Digitize documents, forms, and administrative records as required by the department. Manage office supply inventory and request replenishment when necessary. Provide support in general administrative routines, contributing to workplace organization. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
