We are seeking a **Financial Assistant** to strengthen our team and contribute to the strategic management of our resources. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the organization and maintenance of the workplace environment; * Follow company financial procedures and policies; * Maintain control over the company's financial commitments by recording corresponding documents (invoices, bills, contracts, receipts, taxes, etc.) in the system; * Forward documents for signature, review, or payment; * Prepare supporting reports for decision-making upon request; * Identify delinquent accounts and inform the Finance Coordinator and Executive Management; * Conduct daily cash supply monitoring; * Monitor expenses incurred on company credit cards; * Contact suppliers and banks to resolve payment-related issues; * Archive and manage physical and electronic documents; * Maintain a supplier file with records of deliveries and payments. **Requirements** * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite and Internet); * Familiarity with the company's integrated management system; * Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes; * Knowledge of standard financial routines. **Education** * Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
