Job Description
\-As a Lubricator / Lubricator A , you will be responsible for performing lubrication and refueling services on various machines and equipment according to the lubrication plan, marking lubrication points, assessing the condition of machines and equipment, using lubrication tools, selecting appropriate cleaning materials to remove excess lubricants, and ensuring machines and equipment are properly released after lubrication.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Perform technically sound practices committed to respecting legislation, people, and the environment.
* Participate in Task Safety Analysis for routine and non-routine tasks, considering task details, potential undesired events, and necessary controls.
* Perform equipment lubrication and refuel according to operational procedures.
* Monitor machine and equipment performance by conducting preventive inspections, identifying anomalies, requesting and assisting in maintenance activities, checking for impurities in lubricants, and collecting samples for analysis, aiming to carry out necessary lubrications.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area, equipment, and facilities.
* When necessary and upon supervisor request, operate train trucks, forklifts, and other vehicles with proper authorization, and perform minor repairs on train attachments.
* Close service orders, reporting completed work, recording worked hours on work cards manually, reporting any incidents during work (if applicable), and registering information in maintenance records to ensure monitoring of day-to-day activities.
* Perform lubrication and refueling of mobile surface equipment.
**Qualifications
\-The profile we are looking for in this position:**
* High school diploma
* Experience and knowledge in lubrication
* Experience in the activities described for the role
* Driver's license category "C"
