We are seeking a Service Procurement Analyst to manage, contract, and supervise contractors, ensuring deadlines, costs, and standards.

* We are seeking a **Service Procurement Analyst** to manage, contract, and supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs, and standards.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Register contractors and keep their data updated at all times;
* Develop and maintain an updated price sheet for contractor services, periodically informing the Supply Manager and Engineering Manager;
* Monitor contractors’ financial health by analyzing their negative debt certificates and inform Site Coordinators and Engineering Manager;
* Develop, using MS Project software, the service planning for contractors in accordance with the physical construction schedule defined by Site Coordinators and Engineering Managers;
* Arrange contracts with contractors prior to service commencement, following the standard template from the annual contractor plan, respecting each project’s commercial, legal, and scope-specific requirements;
* Monitor contracting needs per the annual contractor plan, track progress and closure of already-signed contracts, and report any pending issues to Site Coordinators, Engineering Manager, and Supply Manager;
* Analyze financial volumes of contracts per service provider, monitoring retention and requests for advance payments, based on the annual contractor plan;
* Support management with all necessary information and data for decision-making;
* Analyze and maintain the service procurement process for contractors involved in Plaenge Group construction projects, aligned with the annual contractor plan.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
