Spreadsheet preparation and file control Assist in the routines of the Governance department, including customer service, monitoring reports, preparing spreadsheets, and controlling files. * Assist in administrative routines; * Organize documents and folders; * Control files; * Assist other colleagues; * Perform telephone customer service, following network and unit standards; * Prepare and update spreadsheets; * Use the system; * Perform other tasks related to the position, at the supervisor's discretion; * Participate in training programs when requested; * Perform other duties compatible with the requirements for performing the role; * Comply with company policies and procedures; Perform additional tasks that may occasionally be requested by leadership, provided such tasks are related to the routines of the department in which the apprentice is assigned or to its assigned outcomes, and that necessary resources and instructions are provided for their execution.
