We are looking for a **Kitchen Helper**. **Responsibilities:** * **Teamwork:** maintain respectful communication, willingness to learn, and collaborate with colleagues; * **Ingredient Preparation:** wash, cut, peel, and organize ingredients according to the head chef’s instructions; * **Production Support:** assist in preparing and finishing dishes, following recipes and specific instructions; * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** ensure kitchen organization, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety standards; * **Inventory Control:** assist in stock verification, inspection, and restocking as needed; * **Task Execution:** carry out instructions provided by the chef or responsible cook within defined standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role. * Completed high school education. * 1–3 years of relevant experience. **Working Conditions:** * Weekly workload: 44 hours, with 6 days off per month. * Shift schedule: Monday through Sunday. * Location: South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. * Benefits: transportation allowance, meal allowance, commissions. * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 2\.500,00 (base salary \+ commission). * Opportunities for professional growth via a career development plan. **Schedule:** * Weekdays and weekends. * 8-hour shifts.
