Monitor and follow up on visit and service schedules at client sites. Support training delivery for new employees. Handle personnel movement records in the system. Participate in cost analysis of operational activities. Submit requests for uniforms, equipment, and materials. Receive, process invoices, and close the petty cash ledger. Support monitoring of customer notifications and response times. Support termination approval processes for employees. Maintain inventory control of temporary staff. Prepare, manage, organize, and archive spreadsheets, reports, and various documents.
