Job Summary: We are seeking a UI Designer professional with solid experience, systemic business vision, and proficiency in Figma to transform healthcare through digital product development. Description: WHAT WE SEEK (but do not expect a single candidate to meet all requirements): * Completed undergraduate degree; * Portfolio demonstrating real business impact and user experience improvement, including case studies on strategy, journey simplification, and product evolution; * Solid UI Design experience, with case studies involving design systems, mockups, prototypes, and microinteractions; * Systemic business vision and deep understanding of user pain points and needs tied to business requirements; * Mastery of design principles and heuristics, UX/UI best practices, and proficiency in Figma; * Experience in product discovery and development of digital products in web and mobile environments; * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate product decisions based on clear, well-structured arguments; * Knowledge of product metrics and KPIs, and ability to use them to guide design decisions; * A curious mindset to explore and experiment with AI tools and technologies; * Interest in staying updated on AI trends and applying them to design challenges. HOW YOU WILL TRANSFORM HEALTHCARE DAILY: * Plan and conduct discovery activities to identify and map relevant user and customer pain points and opportunities, through user research and interviews; * Propose and participate in hypothesis and concept experimentation, validating them via user research, A/B tests, multivariate tests, split tests, or other validation methods to support product strategy; * Collaborate in defining success metrics and monitor them through recurring follow-ups to support business decisions and direction; * Use data during project development to formulate hypotheses and substantiate design decisions; * Facilitate workshops and conception activities with the team to guide product development and foster multidisciplinary collaboration; * Execute and oversee user research processes, applying insights to build and optimize the product; * Build and iterate experiences connected to business objectives and user needs to advance product strategy; * Define new workflows; create interfaces using our design system; create low-, medium-, and high-fidelity prototypes as needed; perform handoff and track implementation 2512130202201917630
