Act as the execution support point for the product roadmap, working directly with Business, Technology, and UX/Design teams to ensure all deliverables align precisely with user needs and the company’s strategic objectives. **Key Activities:** * Product and Market Expertise: Develop deep understanding of the product value chain, including the business model, competitive market landscape, and technical architecture, to ground decisions in solid expertise. * Backlog Management and Prioritization: Manage the flow of improvements and requests, prioritizing the backlog based on business value and effort, while actively seeking innovative solutions to enhance user experience and outcomes. * Coordination and Interaction: Serve as the communication bridge, enabling effective alignment between internal areas (Tech, UX, Marketing) and the market/customers, supporting product expansion and adoption. * Strategic Data Analysis: Develop, maintain, and present reports (periodic and ad-hoc) using tools such as Qlik Sense (or similar).
