Job Summary: We are seeking a well-rounded designer with a refined eye for branding and strong execution skills, responsible for end-to-end work—from concept to final delivery—across digital assets, presentations, videos, and animations. Key Highlights: 1. Full-service execution: from concept to final delivery across multiple media. 2. Creation and adaptation of assets for digital campaigns. 3. Production of animations and editing of short/medium-length videos. We seek a comprehensive designer with a refined brand sensibility and strong day-to-day execution capability. The candidate will handle projects end-to-end: from concept to final delivery—including digital asset adaptations, presentations, video editing, and animations. Your responsibilities will include: • Creating and adapting campaign assets for digital channels (social media, paid media, email, landing pages, banners, etc.) • Developing layouts and visual systems (key visuals, guidelines, templates, grids, libraries) • Creating and refining presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) to a high production standard • Editing short and medium-length videos (cuts, pacing, captions, soundtrack, basic color grading and audio processing) • Producing animations and motion graphics (intro/outro sequences, transitions, lower thirds, loops, micro-animations) • Preparing final files for various channels (standardization, technical specifications, exports, versioning) • Collaborating closely with marketing and management teams to transform briefs into clear, consistent deliverables Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and especially After Effects) • Solid experience in video editing (Premiere Pro or equivalent) • Ability to create tasteful, clear motion graphics (advanced 3D is not required, but solid animation skills are essential) • Excellent foundational design skills: typography, composition, hierarchy, brand consistency • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks, with attention to detail and deadlines • Portfolio demonstrating digital assets + videos/motion + presentations (even if personal or self-initiated projects) Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): • Experience in visual identity and brand systems • Familiarity with Figma (components, auto layout, handoff) • Basic knowledge of 3D (Blender/C4D) or AI applied to design (where appropriate) • Experience working in premium/institutional environments (branding, presentations, consistency, refinement) Benefits: Meal Voucher + Transportation Allowance + Performance Bonus
