The organization manages various products and electronic ticketing systems, such as Riocard Mais and Cartão Macaé. We provide tailored solutions for the market, supporting operations in customer service, management, loyalty programs, and payment methods — transforming mobility with security, transparency, and ongoing technical support. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective:** Act as a key facilitator in identifying and developing opportunities that drive performance and optimize the product's business outcomes. Serve as the execution support point for the product roadmap, collaborating directly with Business, Technology, and UX/Design teams to ensure deliverables are fully aligned with user needs and the company's strategic objectives. **Key Activities:** * Product and Market Mastery: Develop deep understanding of the product’s value chain, including its business model, competitive market landscape, and technical architecture, to ground decisions in solid expertise. * Improvement Management and Prioritization (Backlog): Manage the flow of improvements and requests, prioritizing the backlog based on business value and effort, while proactively seeking innovative solutions to enhance user experience and outcomes. * Coordination and Interaction: Serve as the communication bridge, enabling effective alignment between internal departments (Tech, UX, Marketing) and the market/customers, supporting product expansion and adoption. * Strategic Data Analysis: Develop, maintain, and present reports (periodic and ad-hoc) using tools such as Qlik Sense (or similar). Transform raw data into actionable insights for decision-making. * Support for Data Strategy: Collaborate in mapping business challenges, identifying the need for new analytical dashboards, and ensuring accuracy and innovation in generated information. * Solution Proposals: Document and structure requirements and solution options, preparing supporting arguments and materials (data and information) for strategic business presentations and discussions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree **completed** in Administration, Production Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Experience with **Data Visualization Tools** (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI) for dashboard and report creation. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of programming languages for data manipulation, such as **SQL and/or Python**. * Practical experience in **data cleaning, consolidation, critical analysis, and presentation** for Business Intelligence and decision-making. * Demonstrated ability to **understand and decode the market niche and value chain**, with a focus on identifying trends and opportunities. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + Meal voucher + Food allowance + Health and dental insurance + Reimbursement for online courses + Life insurance + Emotional well-being program, etc. * **Work Format:** Hybrid. * **Location:** Downtown Rio de Janeiro. **Mais.Mobi** is an urban mobility company committed to rethinking transportation and technology sectors to anticipate the future desired by cities and people.
