Osklen’s collections and projects reinforce the integration of art, design, lifestyle, and sustainability, prioritizing sustainable thinking through materials and manufacturing processes that minimize socio-environmental impact. **At Osklen, we value diversity!** We promote diversity and inclusion throughout our selection processes, encouraging applications from professionals without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, color, gender, age, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression. **About the Position** ***Responsibilities:*** Strengthen systemic thinking in design delivery, ensuring all interface states and exception flows are prototyped; Develop and improve the user interface (UI) and customer experience (UX) on the website; Create intuitive and responsive layouts for desktop and mobile (Mobile First); Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversions; Collaborate with other teams to align design with business strategies; Maintain brand visual identity across e\-commerce platforms; Deliver high-fidelity prototypes with organized documentation for implementation, ensuring visual consistency, precision, and high fidelity of layouts. ***Required Qualifications:*** Experience in user-centered design and usability practices; Experience using AI tools (e.g., Looppanel, Lovable, Notably, Perplexity, or others) to optimize the solution discovery process (AI-first approach); Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma) and navigation analytics tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or others); Experience working in agile methodologies and teams (Scrum methodology); Portfolio submission required. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front\-end development concepts; Prior experience in e\-commerce and motion design. ***Education:*** Completed undergraduate degree ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (Hybrid model: in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays — Rio Comprido/RJ). **Your well-being and growth matter!
