Job Purpose We are looking for a Mid\-level QA Analyst to join our technology projects, ensuring the quality of our products and processes. Job Description * Define test strategies and develop validation plans for releases and tasks. * Create, improve, and execute manual and automated test cases. * Implement and maintain test automation routines (QA Automation). * Integrate test routines into CI/CD pipelines. * Document results, report defects, and follow up on correction cycles. * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective). * Work across different squads, collaborating with development and operations teams. * Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks in the software development process * Location: Tech Center, Ilha do Fundão, RJ You are meant for this job if: * Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Experience in software quality, with test case definition and execution of manual and automated tests. * Solid understanding of QA frameworks/methodologies. * Hands\-on experience with version control and continuous integration tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). * Familiarity with testing and defect management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail). * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban). **Nice to Have:** * Programming in Python, Java, C\#, or JavaScript. * Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), Postman, or SoapUI. * Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of Control \& Automation processes. **Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
