Whether onsite or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace featuring exchange opportunities, fun, and development—such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role Will Include:** * Hybrid involvement in projects and processes; * Development and communication of standards, methodologies (agile and/or traditional), and tools to be used for project management; * Support for project management, including mediation between business units and clients, and support for technical leadership; * Preparation of materials and facilitation of executive and managerial project status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans; * Ensuring the effectiveness of the project quality control process. * Identification of improvements in existing processes; * Analysis and implementation of improvements in automation processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency (may be required for daily use); * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with KPIs; * Experience with Agile methodology; * Availability for hybrid work in RJ. **Nice to Have:** * Experience in IT companies; * Knowledge of Power BI and SAP; * Intermediate Spanish proficiency. **Additional Information** **The Selection Process:** **We believe that a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to a positive candidate experience.
