




Everything To Gain is seeking a talented **HubSpot Developer \& Admin** to join our growing team. In this role, you will architect, customize, and maintain HubSpot across the organization—ensuring our workflows, data, and integrations operate with precision and scale. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize processes, improve system performance, and build solutions that drive efficiency and revenue. If you’re a HubSpot expert who loves translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, we’d love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Design, build, and optimize HubSpot workflows** to support marketing, sales, and operational objectives. * **Develop custom HubSpot solutions**, including CRM configuration, custom properties, pipelines, automation, and reporting. * **Implement and manage integrations** between HubSpot and external tools using APIs, middleware (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n), or custom development. * **Ensure data accuracy and system reliability**, including managing data hygiene, deduplication, and ongoing governance. * **Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues**, ensuring automations are scalable, efficient, and compliant with best practices. * **Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders** to analyze process gaps and implement system improvements. * **Stay current with HubSpot updates and industry best practices**, recommending enhancements that elevate our operations. * **Maintain clear documentation**, including SOPs, process flows, and technical configurations. **Requirements** * **Proven experience as a HubSpot developer or administrator**, with hands\-on expertise configuring CRM objects, automation, and integrations. * **Strong technical skills**, including familiarity with JavaScript, Python, HubL, or other scripting/development languages. * **Solid understanding of APIs**, webhooks, and integration patterns. * Experience working with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and connecting them to HubSpot. * **Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills** with a meticulous attention to detail. * **Strong communication and collaboration abilities**, comfortable working across departments. * Experience building process automation for marketing, sales, or operations teams is highly preferred.
