The ideal candidate must have experience in process automation, macro creation, and solution development using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This professional will be responsible for optimizing tasks and providing technical support through innovative solutions and customer service. **Location:** Benfica – Rio de Janeiro (RJ) **Employment Type:** CLT – 100% on-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Food Allowance, Meal Voucher, Medical Insurance, and Dental Insurance ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **VBA** (**Visual Basic for Applications**) scripts and macros for task automation; * Design and maintain managerial dashboards and reports; * Analyze, design, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency; * Provide internal teams with support in using developed tools and collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions; * Participate in the continuous improvement of automated processes. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields (Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Production Engineering, or similar); * Proven experience in VBA programming; * Advanced Excel knowledge; * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and logical reasoning; * Good communication and organizational skills. **Preferred:** Familiarity with other programming languages; knowledge of Power BI, Access, or SQL.
