If you identify with our company, **JOIN OUR TEAM**! **\#JOINNALIN** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive merchandise; * Inspect and monitor product conditions in the sales area (expiration dates and physical condition); * Monitor efficiency indicators; * Coordinate merchandise inventory for balance sheet purposes; * Lead the team within your department; * Supervise stock organization according to standards; * Supervise sales area organization according to VM guidelines; * Monitor price signage; * Track productivity and task delivery; * Monitor daily performance results of your departments; * Develop strategic sales actions; * Perform related tasks or as directed by your immediate supervisor; * And others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Required education: Completed High School \- Mandatory; * Prior experience in Fashion Retail is desirable; * Knowledge of sales KPIs; * Experience leading people is desirable; **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher: R$10.00 per working day; * Group Life Insurance; * Transportation Voucher (with 6% CLT deduction) or fuel assistance; * 10% in-store discount; * Health Plan (offered after probation period); * Dental Plan (offered after probation period); Our journey has been defined by dedication, commitment to quality, and an unwavering focus on delivering a unique experience for our customers and our team.
