Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the construction project from start to finish, reviewing designs, monitoring teams, and controlling materials. Key Highlights: 1. Full supervision of construction work and analysis of project technical instructions 2. Team coordination and control of materials and waste 3. Guidance on adherence to schedules and deadlines Will be responsible for supervising the construction project from start to finish. Analyze project technical instructions together with other professionals (thus requiring knowledge and ability to interpret designs), assist in setting up the construction site, monitor the team as well as quality standards, control all materials—including their entry and exit—and coordinate the entire team. * Manage construction waste and ensure it is minimized; * Control material usage to prevent waste; * Coordinate the installation of structural components at the construction site, the site itself (site demarcation), and the entire process of actual construction and finishing; * Guide the team to work within the scheduled timeline and deadlines; * Interpret blueprints, scales, and diagrams. **Desired Education and Experience:** Relevant experience in this role. **Work Mode:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Campo Grande **City:** Rio de Janeiro Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month
