Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor or Stock Controller in logistics operations. * Experience handling large or bulky items (e.g., tires) is a plus. * Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. * Availability to work in operational environments and rotating shifts. * Supervise and ensure the accuracy of tire and automotive parts inventory, guaranteeing alignment between system records and physical stock. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor cycle and periodic inventories, track results, and identify root causes of discrepancies. * Monitor product inbound, outbound, and return movements, ensuring correct classification and storage according to Bridgestone standards. * Track inventory KPIs (accuracy, discrepancies, aging, adjustments, and losses), prepare management reports, and develop action plans. * Collaborate with receiving, warehousing, shipping, and quality assurance teams to ensure proper material flow. * Supervise the inventory team, including task assignment, training, and performance monitoring. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and Bridgestone policies. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and required documentation. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for logistics and inventory control processes. 2512160202209508
