Job Summary: The Fleet Analyst will provide administrative and operational support in managing the company's vehicle fleet, controlling maintenance, documentation, and costs, as well as proposing improvements. Control of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance **The Seres Group, in partnership with a transportation-sector company, is seeking a professional to work as a Fleet Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for providing administrative and operational support in managing the company's vehicle fleet, assisting in maintenance control, documentation, fueling, scheduling, and other fleet-related activities. Analyze fleet costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc.) and identify cost reduction opportunities; Monitor fleet performance indicators (availability, utilization, consumption, etc.); Support the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures; Control PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE VEHICLE MAINTENANCE; Monitor fleet documentation and ensure legal compliance; Analyze and propose vehicle renewal or replacement; Negotiate with automotive service providers; Prepare managerial reports on fleet performance; Support training and guidance for vehicle users regarding fleet policies. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Shift: Monday to Friday * Work Mode: On-site **Work Location:** * Del Castilho, Rio de Janeiro **Mandatory Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or related fields. * Experience as an analyst, preferably in logistics companies or medium-to-large transportation carriers.
